The Bar à Bout
des charmilles
Its name, the Bar à Bout des Charmilles, takes it from the inhabitants of the two neighboring villages, Barras from Ovifat and Bouts d’Fagnes from Sourbrodt. A nod to the direct environment of the restaurant which sets the tone for what we will be able to find on the menu. Because at the Bar à Bout des Charmilles, everything, or almost everything, is homemade and using local products.
The menu also changes with the seasons depending on what nature can offer. Our philosophy is the same for drinks. Apart from a few alcohols, our offer does not include any products sold by multinationals. We work with Belgian artisanal producers, whether for beers or soft drinks.
In short, with the Bar à Bout des Charmilles, we tried to create a brasserie at our image and promoting small producers who have the love and passion for their products.
